Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
NexoriumVentures, registered at Calle Castillo de Peñafiel 3, 3, 4, Madrid, Spain, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.
2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data you voluntarily provide when contacting us or requesting our services, including: name, email address, phone number, project details, and billing information. We also collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through essential cookies.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (a) performance of a contract when you engage our services, (b) your explicit consent when you submit contact forms, (c) our legitimate interest in improving our services and website functionality, and (d) compliance with legal obligations under EU GDPR.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form data is retained for 12 months. Contract and billing data is retained for 6 years as required by Spanish tax law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with: payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing, cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, and analytics providers for website optimization. All third-party processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements.

Refund Policy
1. Service Commitment
NexoriumVentures delivers digital engineering services including SaaS platform development, dashboard systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure. All projects follow agreed-upon milestones and deliverables.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds are available if work has not commenced. Partial refunds may be issued proportional to completed milestones if work has begun.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Deposits and initial consultation fees are non-refundable once a project proposal has been accepted. Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registrations, hosting fees, API subscriptions) are non-refundable.
4. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice. Include your project reference and reason for the request.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation via email.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute mechanisms under Spanish consumer protection law.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By engaging NexoriumVentures for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. NexoriumVentures, Calle Castillo de Peñafiel 3, 3, 4, Madrid, Spain, provides digital engineering and web development services.
2. Scope of Work
All services are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work. Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect pricing and timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in Euros (EUR).
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property are transferred to the client. NexoriumVentures retains the right to display project work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
NexoriumVentures liability is limited to the total value of the project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. Force majeure events excuse performance delays.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. NexoriumVentures retains payment for work completed up to the termination date. Outstanding deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
